Background & Education:
Ryan was born in Valdosta, Georgia. In 2006, he graduated from Valdosta State University, summa cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He attended The Florida State University College of Law and graduated in 2010 with honors. He was a member of the moot court team and the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law. He was also a legal writing and research teaching assistant.
Professional Experience:
Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Mr. Cooper practiced insurance defense in Sarasota, Florida with a mid-sized law firm.
Honors:
Florida State University Moot Court Team; Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law; Outstanding Appellate Advocate, M. Stephen Turner Moot Court Competition; Best Oralist in a Preliminary Round, National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Cooper is admitted to practice before all superior and state courts in Georgia and before all state courts in Florida. He is a member of the Georgia and Florida Bar Associations.
