Background & Education:
Glenn Bass was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. Mr. Bass attended the Horace Mann School in the Bronx and then went on to attend Clark University in Worcester, Massachusetts and graduated with a BA degree in Government in 1979. Determined to escape the cold and bleak New England winters, Mr. Bass came south to attend Emory University School of Law where he graduated in 1982. While at Emory, Mr. Bass was active in the Moot Court Society.
Professional Experience:
After law school Mr. Bass obtained a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Dorothy Beasley.
Mr. Bass was hired by the predecessor firm to Scrudder, Bass, Quillian, Horlock, Taylor & Lazarus LLP in July 1983 and has been here ever since, becoming a partner in 1989. Mr. Bass has a general litigation practice with a focus on insurance coverage and litigation, civil rights and employment litigation, product liability, premises liability and general commercial litigation.
